The TSM Solutions story.
Taryl Massie founded TSM Solutions after spending the previous eight years in the construction industry. He is married to his wife, Suzanna, and together they have four beautiful children: Ada, Lou, Vera, and Mabel. He truly values his time with friends and family—especially the time he gets to spend with his kids.
He enjoys mountain biking, traveling, and meeting new people, and looks forward to the opportunity to meet you. At the end of the day, his goal is simply to help in any way possible. You’ll come to find that he lives by the motto:
“If there’s a will, there’s a way!”
Taryl launched TSM Solutions in September 2022 with one idea in mind: to improve the way small businesses in the construction industry communicate with their clients. After spending the first eight years of his career working closely with customers, he noticed a consistent theme: communication.
This topic came up frequently while sitting at clients’ kitchen tables discussing potential home projects. He would often ask about their past experiences with other providers, and regardless of whether those experiences were positive or negative, he followed up with one key question: “If there was one thing that could have been done differently to improve your experience, what would it be?” The answer, 80–90% of the time, was communication.
Clients wanted clearly scheduled dates and times, a better understanding of the scope of work, and the ability to easily reach their provider when questions or concerns arose, rather than being sent to voicemail and waiting 48–72 hours for a response. At TSM Solutions, he and his team strive to enhance the client experience one interaction at a time by prioritizing clear, consistent, and responsive communication.
